Philippe served for 22 years as a senior officer in the French Navy, developing extensive expertise in special operations. Trained at the Britannia Royal Naval College (BRNC) of the Royal Navy, he held key positions within French Special Forces, then as an Intelligence Officer for a Strategic Direction in clandestine operations.
In 2019, Philippe began a second professional chapter by co-founding Pearl Crisis Response, a consulting firm specialized in risk management. He nurtures a strong ambition: to transmit his expertise in uncertainty to support companies facing complex situations, with a focus on training and preparing efficient teams.

An expert in decision-making under uncertainty, Yves-André has been supporting organizations and their leaders for over 30 years in high-stakes contexts: critical emergencies, hostile environments, loss of control.
A former senior officer in the French Navy, he was deployed to sensitive operational theaters where the slightest error could cost lives. He continued his career in the private sector within international groups (CMA CGM, Bourbon Offshore, Sodexo), where he led security organizations, risk anticipation, and crisis management across multiple continents. For 15 years, he directly managed extortions, fraud, emergency evacuations, and geopolitical tensions.
As an operational and strategic coach, he now leads immersive training programs to prepare executives, management committees, and managers to make decisions under uncertainty.
